What: Lunch and Tour of 2410 North Forest Road, Getzville - WNY's first LEED Registered, 3-story 80,000 SF, class "A" multi-tenant building.
What is LEED? LEED stands for "Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design". It is a rating system established by U.S. Green Building Council and was formed to advance sustainable building practices. For more information on the LEED Green Building Rating System, visit www.usgbc.org.

We will tour the 3,700SF of available space for lease, learn about the property and the strengths of the area as well as who the ideal tenant is for this location.
